Anna is already in Berlin and has started shooting “The Voices” with Ryan Reynolds and Gemma Arterton. There are some candids of the leads out to dinner April 19th at a restaurant in town:

Ryan Reynolds leaves the Bordchardt restaurant after having dinner with Anna Kendrick, Gemma Arterton, and the cast and crew of their new film The Voices on Friday (April 19) in Berlin, Germany.

The 36-year-old actor is currently in the European city shooting the flick about a disturbed factory worker who hears advice from his pet dog and cat and is implicated in the accidental death of his co-worker.

It’s nice to see Ryan Reynolds is getting along with his latest leading ladies.

The 36-year-old actor stepped out in Berlin over the weekend for a friendly dinner with Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton.

The trio costar in the upcoming drama The Voices, which is currently filming in Germany.

Accompanied by other castmembers and crew, Reynolds, Kendrick and Arterton were snapped hanging outside a local restaurant and giving each other hugs before leaving.

Reynolds was dressed casually in jeans and denim jacket while Kendrick and Arterton sported dark coats.

Kendrick recently took to Twitter to share some funny observations. “There are 3 sex shops within walking distance from my hotel in Berlin,” she posted. “Grocery store would have been a bonus but I’m not gonna get greedy.”

Acording to The Voices‘ IMDB page, the flick follows a “disturbed factory worker who hears advice from his pet dog and cat is implicated in the accidental death of his co-worker.”

Anna’s next role will be in the psychological thriller The Voices, starring alongside Ryan Reynolds and Gemma Arterton :D:

Gemma Arterton and Anna Kendrick have been set to star alongside Ryan Reynolds in The Voices, the Marjane Satrapi-directed psychological thriller that is being co-produced by 1984 Private Defense Contractors and Mandalay Vision. Filming is about to start in Berlin, with script by Paranormal Activity‘s Michael R. Perry. Reynolds plays a lovable but strange bathtub factory worker who yearns for the attention of a woman in accounting. When their relationship takes a sudden murderous turn, Jerry’s evil “talking” cat and benevolent “talking” dog lead him down a fantastical path that ultimately brings him to salvation.

Arterton just wrapped Runner, Runner opposite Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake, and was last seen in Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. Kendrick is coming off the sleeper hit Pitch Perfect. Both are repped by CAA.

1984 Private Defense Contractors’ Adi Shankar and Spencer Silna are producing with Mandalay Vision’s Matthew Rhodes, and Roy Lee. Mandalay’s Adam Stone will have a producing credit and Cathy Schulman is exec producing.

Pitch Perfect 2 is official! And Anna and Brittany Snow will most likely be in it :D! It is planned for a 2015 release.

Anna Kendrick & Brittany Snow: ‘Pitch Perfect 2′ Confirmed!

Get excited Pitch Perfect fans — a sequel has been confirmed by Universal Pictures for a release in 2015!

The breakout comedy hit of last year is still gaining steam after a great performance at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards over the weekend and a new music video for “Cups” featuring star Anna Kendrick.

Adam Fogelson, the head of Universal Pictures, revealed the news during the studio’s CinemaCon presentation on Tuesday (April 15) and confirmed that original screenwriter Kay Cannon is back for the project.

Baton Rouge-shot ‘Pitch Perfect’ getting a sequel, Universal announces; more movie headlines

The stars of “Pitch Perfect” can start warming up their pipes. The Baton Rouge-shot sleeper hit — a musical comedy set in the world of collegiate a cappella competition — is getting a sequel.

This second verse is scheduled to land in mid-2015, Universal Pictures announced Tuesday (April 16) during its presentation at the CinemaCon conference in Las Vegas (and reported by the industry paper Variety). It’s unclear if the sequel will return to Baton Rouge to shoot or who, if any, of the original cast will return. Screenwriter Kay Cannon, however, reportedly has been brought on to pen the sequel.

Financially, the move is something of a no-brainer. The original film — directed by Jason Moore — cost an estimated $17 million to make, which it parlayed into $113 million at the box office, with another $90 million, and counting, in the home video market.

It also has become something of a sensation among younger audiences. Not only did star Rebel Wilson lead a “Pitch Perfect” reunion at last weekend’s MTV Movie Awards, but the film’s soundtrack reportedly has sold more than 600,000 copies, and a kicked-up version of its song “Cups (When I’m Gone)” — in which Anna Kendrick trades the Mardi Gras cups from the movie for restaurant cups — has been getting robust online play. (Watch the video at right.)

The “Pitch Perfect” sequel talk tops this morning’s regular survey of Hollywood headlines from around the Internet.

Anna didn’t attend last nights MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Rebel Wilson and attended by her Pitch Perfect co-stars, who accepted the award for Best Music Moment and did a live performance as the Barden Bellas, but she did tweet them good luck, and per-recorded a short for the show. Anna plays a texting obsessed version of herself alongside Mark Wahlberg, Joe Monijello, MTV’s Josh Horowitz, and the hosts of Catifish.

Rebel Wilson has been one busy lady, preparing to host the 2013 MTV Movie Awards and setting up romantic dates with some of Hollywood’s hottest.

Or has she? That’s what “Catfish” hosts Nev Schulman and Max Joseph helped MTV’s Josh Horowitz find out during the MTV Movie Awards pre-show.

You see, Horowitz has been in a year-long online relationship with Wilson (or, more likely, someone purporting to be Wilson) and has yet to meet his love in real life. So he enlisted MTV’s resident dating detectives to aid him in discovering the true identity of his Internet paramour. What they uncover is a tangled web — one ensnaring actors Mark Wahlberg, Anna Kendrick and Joe Manganiello. In short, it’s the first celebrity Catfish.

Of course, this all leads up to the big show: the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, airing live at 9 p.m. ET. In addition to her hosting duties, Wilson will reunite with her “Pitch Perfect” co-stars, including Anna Camp and Skylar Astin, for an aca-awesome mash-up performance that’s not to be missed, while Selena Gomez and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will also rock the Sony Pictures Studios lot with their new singles. In addition, a trio of the silver screen’s finest will be recognized with special tributes. Emma Watson will receive the Trailblazer Award, Will Ferrell will be honored with the first-ever Comedic Genius Award and Jamie Foxx will take home the Generation Award.

And stick around after the show for a sneak peek at Vinny Guadagnino’s new series “The Show With Vinny,” airing at 11 p.m. ET.

Anna Kendrick: “Cups” Sneak Peek
Anna Kendrick:

Check out this new behind-the-scenes footage from Anna Kendrick‘s “Cups” video shoot!

The 27-year-old actress chatted with Entertainment Tonight about re-creating the song for a single release and whether or not she would ever record a solo album.

“My next movie is a musical which is crazy because I didn’t mean for that to happen,” Anna explained about her upcoming flick The Last 5 Years. “As far as making an album, album? I would just feel so silly, so it’s not something I’m thinking about.”

Would Anna Kendrick Release a Solo Album?

Anna Kendrick pleasantly surprised moviegoers last year when she flexed her vocal chords in the musical comedy Pitch Perfect and will flaunt her golden pipes once again in the upcoming musical The Last Five Years. However, would she ever record her vocal skills to compile her own album?

Kendrick’s musical performance in Pitch Perfect, named “Cups,” became an instant hit, receiving its own adapted radio version and landing on the Billboard Hot 100.

Next on the list, the song will launch its own music video. ET was exclusively on the set of the video for “Cups,” which starred none other than Kendrick, who pondered the notion of recording a solo album.

“My next movie is a musical, which is crazy ’cause I didn’t mean for that to happen. It’s not like a strategy,” the 27-year-old actress said. “…But, as far as making an…album, I mean, I just would feel so silly. So, it’s not something I’m thinking about.”

Although she’s not keen on the idea of producing her own solo album to send out to the world, the 50/50 actress was thrilled to be filming a music video for her Pitch Perfect song.

It not only presented her with an opportunity to work with director Jason Moore once again, but also pleased her cinephilic needs.

“[I agreed to the music video] mostly ’cause I wanted to work with Jason again ’cause I’m totally obsessed with him,” the once Broadway actress said, “and because this idea of an entire diner full of people doing the ‘cup thing’ really satisfied the Busby Berkeley (director, choreographer) lover in me. I was really excited to come and do this music video.”

Kendrick’s Pitch Perfect character, college student “Beca Mitchell,” may be the founder of the original “Cups” tune, but she revealed that she was out of character for the music video and its context has strayed from the world of the film from which it originated.

Pitch Perfect‘s popularity hasn’t been isolated to the catchy tune. After garnering $113 million worldwide at the box office, the film, which also features breakout star Rebel Wilson, has accumulated an impressive $46 million and counting in DVD sales.

“To be honest, I always suspected it would do really well and, in fact, better on DVD because…it makes sense to me that lots of girls are getting together and watching this in their homes,” Kendrick assessed. “…I like that it’s…[a] weird social movie.”

“Cups” from the Pitch Perfect soundtrack is out now. You can view the director’s cut of the video on Vevo.com. {etonline.com}

Anna Kendrick Goes Blonde for New Movie Role: Picture

Anna Kendrick is a newly-minted blonde bombshell. The 27-year-old Pitch Perfect actress recently dyed her hair blonde, but admits she’s still adjusting to her shocking transformation.

“Had to dye my hair for a film. Keep getting spooked when I pass reflective surfaces,” the former brunette joked on Twitter Tuesday, April 9. “Now I know how puppies feel.”

On April 11, she shared a black and white picture on Instagram of her long blonde hair concealing her face. She joked, “Debuting my new hair color in B&W in case any of my followers are colorblind. Or dogs.”

But the Oscar-nominated actress doesn’t plan to stay a blonde for long. She added, “So strange. Just until we wrap.”

Unfortunately, Kendrick’s new blonde ‘do may not be making its red carpet debut Sunday at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. Though the cast of Pitch Perfect is set to join former costar and host of the show Rebel Wilson in a special opening act number, Kendrick may not be joining them.

A rep for the actress told the Huffington Post that Kendrick will not be attending because she’s filming The Last Five Years in NYC.

Though she won’t be joining the Pitch Perfect reunion, fans can still enjoy watching Kendrick’s new music video for the “Cups” song from the 2012 musical comedy. The video premiere Friday at 4:30 PST on Vevo, and Kendrick tells Us that she was surprised the short song became a radio hit.

“They’ve added some instrumentation which is really cool and vibing off the whole Mumford and Sons kind of sound,” she says. “They’d originally looped my voice doing the choruses which really bugged me, so I begged them to let me go re-record it so it didn’t sound creepy and repetitive.” {usmagazine.com}

The Cups music video from the Pitch Perfect soundtrack starring Anna as a baker has been released! There is also behind the scenes footage of her making the video and interviewing with ET:
